i mean, you can never go wrong when you choose something that means a lot to you, even if that is a bunch of things like in my case. and i'm not done with inking my body...not by a long shot. i have so many ideas...just no money lol

anyway, i'd be more than happy to listen to your ideas and give you my opinion. i'm flattered that you find my opinion worthwhile

although, i'm not trying to overstep, because i have considered the same thing...but be careful when you get a tattoo with a person. basically, my general rule of thumb is...if you're gonna get a "matching" tattoo, make sure it's something that you would still be happy with even if that person was out of your life.
but, my boyfriend of 5 1/2 years and i have been considering getting "matching" tattoos. not actually two tattoos that totally match in art, but more like tattoos that match in theme. something that reminds us of each other, but something that is totally ourselves at the same time. that way, if we did break up (which isn't a plan...but nothing is guaranteed), neither of us would regret the tattoo, or try to cover it up. it would still be something special to both of us.
